At M.A.M.A., we are committed to providing a seamless and luxurious experience for our customers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding shipping, delivery, and returns. By placing an order with M.A.M.A., you agree to the terms outlined below.
Shipping Destinations
M.A.M.A. ships worldwide to most countries. Delivery options and shipping costs will vary depending on your location and chosen service.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–21 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2–10 business days.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or unforeseen delays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing times typically take 1–3 business days. Custom and bespoke items require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and service selected.
Complimentary shipping is available for orders over $1,500 (subject to destination restrictions).
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
M.A.M.A. is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.
Packages returned to M.A.M.A. due to refusal of delivery or non-payment of customs duties will not be refunded.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged items in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories.
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Personalized or bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Care team with your order number and reason for return.
Approval: Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For items purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.
Exchanges
M.A.M.A. does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original purchase and place a new order.
Return eligibility requirements apply to exchanged items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos/videos of the damaged or defective item.
M.A.M.A. will provide a replacement or refund for defective items upon approval.
Important Notes
1. Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or bespoke products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2. Lost or Stolen Packages: M.A.M.A. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
