BESPOKE & CUSTOMIZATION POLICY
Customization Orders: Personalized and bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Timelines: Customization typically adds 4–6 weeks to production. You will receive updates on your order status throughout the process.
Approval: A design proof will be shared for your approval before production begins. Once approved, no further changes can be made.
WARRANTY & MAINTENANCE
Warranty: M.A.M.A. offers a one-year limited warranty on all products, covering manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Maintenance Services: Complimentary lifetime maintenance is offered for all M.A.M.A. products. For repairs, contact our Customer Care team with details and photos of the issue.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Gift cards can only be used for purchases on the M.A.M.A. website or at authorized boutiques.
EVENTS POLICY
Most M.A.M.A. events are by invitation only. Invitations are non-transferable.
Event cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
M.A.M.A. reserves the right to deny entry to any event if terms are violated.
