3. Ship Your Item
Send your product to our facility using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for shipping costs, but we’ll guide you through the process to ensure a smooth transaction.

4. Earn Store Credit
After inspection and approval, your store credit will be issued. Use it to shop our latest collections or even customize a new piece!

5. Refurbish and Reimagine

  Store Credit Usage:
       Store credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expire after 12 months.

  Final Sale on Refurbished Items:
       Pre-loved items sold through this program are final sale and not eligible for further trade-ins.
